Harvey
Chief Supervisor
Harvey is a key member of our team at PES. His role involves HR duties, supervision and ensuring things run smoothly.
Harvey always has a smile on his face and is constantly on the
lookout for snacks and pats.

Ruth
Head of PES & Senior Vet
Ruth is the founder of PES and has been an equine veterinarian for over ten years. She has worked with some of the very best horses in the country.
She graduated from James Cook University, before moving back to the Gold Coast as a new graduate.
Ruth then moved south to Melbourne where she practiced for 5 years prior to making the move to Sydney in 2018.
Ruth has been heavily involved in the racing industry for most of her life and is highly sought after due to her thorough work and attention to detail. She is widely recognised as one of the best in the business.

Chloe O'Sullivan
Vet
Originally from the UK, Chloe moved over to Australia in January 2023. She was planning to travel for twelve months, but luckily for us- has never left!
After graduating from University of Liverpool, she worked in her hometown of Kent at a busy referral centre. Chloe joined PES in December 2023 and thoroughly enjoys working and living in Sydney.

Tory Leeman
Vet
Tory graduated from University in Cambridge in 2022. Her passion for racing started as a vet student when she gained invaluable experience at Newmarket.
She worked in a busy hospital in Lambourn, before deciding to make the move to Australia and join PES in October 2023. Tory's vast experience with pathology and lab diagnostics has been a great asset to PES.

Julie Berry
Head Vet Nurse
Julie is the head nurse at PES with over 15 years experience in both surgical and in-field nursing.
Julie has a huge passion for racing, she raised two champion jockeys and has been heavily involved in the industry for most of her life. We are extremely lucky to have someone so dedicated to the care of the horse on our team.

Victoria
Practice Manager
Originally from the UK, Victoria made the move to Australia in 2010.
Victoria spent her first years in Australia riding trackwork for trainers such as Chris Waller and Godolphin.
She then progressed into an administrative role for Annabel Neasham Racing, before returning to Godolphin as the Office Administrator. Victoria then made the transition to Practice Manager of PES. Her extensive experience in racing makes her an extremely valuable asset to our team.

Sarah
Vet Nurse
Sarah is our lovely vet nurse and office assistant. She hails from New Zealand and moved to Sydney in 2021.
Sarah rides track work in the morning for prominent stable Godolphin before heading over to assist at PES.

Hadley Willsallen
Surgeon at PES
Dr Hadley Willsallen is the in-house surgeon at PES, regularly performing surgical procedures under standing sedation. Hadley graduated from Sydney University in 2003 and she started her veterinary career as an intern at Agnes Banks Equine Clinic.
Following this, she underwent her residency in Equine Surgery at the state-of-the-art Veterinary Clinical Centre, Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga.
Hadley works with renowned surgeon Dr Nicholas Kannegieter, who was instrumental in her development as an equine surgeon. Hadley was also president of the EVA in 2023 and is an FEI veterinarian at the Sydney Royal Show each year. Hadley is an invaluable member of our team.
